What do I get with Míngbai Pro?

What’s the difference between the free trial and the money-back guarantee?

The 7-day Pro trial is free and requires no payment method. It ends automatically and you return to Free unless you choose to subscribe. If you do subscribe, your first payment is separately covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.

What’s the difference between Monthly and Annual?

They include the same Míngbai Pro access. Monthly renews each month. Annual renews each year. Your billing country determines the fixed regional price. The annual charge is paid in full, not monthly.

What is Founding Annual?

Founding Annual is the same Míngbai Pro product at a regional founding price for the first 500 activated buyers. You retain that founding price only while the same subscription remains continuously active; cancelling and later resubscribing does not restore it.

How does the 14-day money-back guarantee work?

Monthly, Annual and Founding Annual are covered on your first paid Míngbai Pro subscription purchase. Request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial successful payment and you will receive a full refund; no reason is required. The guarantee is available once per customer/account and does not restart on renewals or later resubscriptions. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your Pro access continues to the end of the current paid period. Outside the 14-day guarantee and your statutory rights, cancelling part-way through a billing period does not create a pro-rated refund.

Does Míngbai work on Netflix and YouTube?

Míngbai supports Netflix and YouTube on desktop Chrome where a suitable Chinese text subtitle or transcript track is available. Availability can vary by title, subtitle track and platform changes.

How do I manage my subscription?

Sign in on the Míngbai account page. Depending on how your payment was routed, you can either open Stripe’s Customer Portal or follow the subscription-management instructions in your Stripe receipt or Link account.

Are taxes included in the displayed price?

US and Canadian prices exclude applicable sales tax. EUR, UK and Australian prices include VAT or GST. Choose your billing country to see the applicable tax treatment before Checkout.
